Recent research has shown that there are predictable behaviors evident in high conflict families. Understanding these dynamics will assist the family law attorneys, mental health professionals, guardians and other neutrals to assist families through conflict.
The goals for this Lunch and Learn include:
· Participants will gain an overview of dynamics in high-conflict family dissolution
· Participants will gain a perspective on role diffusion in these families and on elevation of children to leadership roles (aka “The child decides.”)
