Since COVID-19 the courts have responded to the Governor’s Stay at Home order and Chief Justice Gildea’s implementing orders. The response has varied with and even within judicial districts which have tried to balance the needs for litigants, attorneys and the courts to stay safe, yet have access to justice.

Community Chat – How Covid-19 impacted the legislature-Aug 7
As part of our on-going Community Chat series on August 7th we will be joined by Leslie Rosedahl, government relations specialist and owner of Rosedahl Public Affairs, and our own Michael Dittberner. They will provide valuable insight into the fallout experienced by the Minnesota State Legislature as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, what business as usual may mean for the legislature in the upcoming legislative session, and how this may impact the AFCC’s legislative agenda.
