Community Chat – We Got This: How Hennepin County Family Court Services Is Meeting the Challenge in the Time of COVID
Within the span of a few days in March, Hennepin County Family Court Services went from providing families in-person ADR and evaluative services to not knowing how or when we would return to the Family Justice Center. With innovation and creativity, Family Court Services has adapted to the rapidly changing times, and we are providing our full range of services, albeit remotely. Kate, Jason and Zak will give an overview of how FCS has continued to offer assistance to families, what has worked well, and what ongoing challenges the department faces. Our goal is both to provide some ideas on what to expect when our services are required and to give some guidance to professionals who might be having difficulty navigating this unprecedented time.
