Shanna Moke is highlighted as this month’s member in the spotlight for her dedication to the organization, even from a state away. Shanna was one of two people who came all the way from South Dakota to attend this year’s Annual Conference. Formerly a Minnesota resident, Shanna has stayed active in AFCC due to the excellent learning and networking opportunities.
Shanna Moke was employed by Hennepin County Family Court Services from 2004 to 2009 in various capacities prior to embarking on her own, private practice adventure. In 2010, Shanna established Resolutions for Families, LLC in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. From January 2011 to February 2012, she also offered services based out of Johnson Mediation in Chanhassen, Minnesota. Shanna specializes in Custody and Parenting Time Evaluations, Divorce Mediation and Parenting Coordination / Parenting Consulting which is offered to South Dakota and Southwest Minnesota families. She is also a co-facilitator of the co-parenting curriculum, “Crossroads of Parenting and Divorce” which is currently offered throughout South Dakota. Shanna is a a Certified Family Life Educator (CFLE), a qualified Rule 114 Neutral and has been a national and regional member of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts for several years. Shanna enjoys the expansive learning opportunities offered by AFCC, strives to educate others in her community and is genuinely guided by the best interests of the child. Outside of her work, Shanna enjoys spending time with her husband, three young children and large extended family throughout South Dakota.
